ALEDO MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND HANDBOOK 2007-2008
 
  Uniform/Band Shirt Policy
 
 

1.      Band Shirts:  Band shirts will be worn for pep rallies, football games, field trips, solo & ensemble contests, etc.  Band Shirts may be worn to school on a band spirit day (day of the week will be selected by band officers).

2.      Band shirts will be tucked in at all times.

3.      It is the student’s responsibility to clean the shirt as needed (note:  the color of the shirt will last longer if you do not dry them in a dryer).  

4.      Uniforms:  Honors, Symphonic and Concert Band students will be issued a uniform for concert dress appearances (See note under FEES AND FINES).

The uniform will consist of:   

  • White tux shirt 

  • Black tux pants                     

  • Black tux vest

  • Black bow tie            

  • Garment Bag          

Ladies will need to wear:    

  • Black socks or neutral hose

  • Black dress shoes

Men will need to wear:

  • Black Socks

  • Black dress shoes

NOTEAll students must be in uniform to perform and receive a grade!!
